Job Summary: Geo Perú S.R.L. is seeking a Lathe Operator to produce and machine parts and pipes according to strict quality and safety standards, performing adjustment and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine parts and pipes while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety. 2. Manufacture cylindrical parts and threads within minimal tolerance requirements. 3. Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Lathe Operator**. **What will be your main challenge? (Responsibilities)** * Produce and machine parts and pipes according to provided drawings and technical instructions, ensuring strict quality, productivity, and safety standards. * Manufacture cylindrical, radial, concentric, eccentric parts, and all types of threads within required minimal tolerances. * Continuously verify and inspect measurements before, during, and after machining using precision instruments. * Rectify mechanical components necessary for optimal operation of company equipment. * Mount materials, accessories, and tools on the lathe, verifying correct positioning per manufacturer guidelines. * Perform auxiliary adjustment tasks: polishing, drilling, milling, and creating holes or grooves in various materials as required. * Carry out preventive maintenance and basic cleaning of assigned machines to ensure proper functionality. * Prepare periodic reports on assigned tasks and maintain a clean and organized workplace. **What qualifications do you need? (Profile)** * **Education:** Certified Technician or Graduate in Production Mechanics, Machinery and Tools, or Maintenance Mechanics. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience operating conventional lathes in production or industrial maintenance workshops. * **Skills:** Precision, effective communication, ability to work under pressure in an organized, proactive, and problem-solving oriented manner. **What do we offer?
