




Job Summary: Supervise resources efficiently (equipment and personnel) to fulfill the contract established with the client, organizing daily work and ensuring proper execution of operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the work team to achieve goals and objectives. 2. Ensure operational quality and personnel safety. 3. Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment availability. OBJECTIVE: Supervise resources efficiently (equipment and personnel) to fulfill the contract established with the client. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Organize the daily work of assigned personnel. * Verify correct detonator programming and/or connection. * Verify resource availability for operations, or request them promptly. * Review blasting operations before and after execution. * Ensure the work team has the necessary tools to perform tasks. * Ensure allocation of equipment, personnel, raw materials, accessory stock, and high explosives for operations. * Ensure blasting process activities are conducted in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate with the maintenance department regarding equipment availability to ensure implementation of blasting programs. * Conduct weekly and monthly planning, information, and coordination meetings with supervision. * Develop and validate procedures to ensure operational quality and personnel safety. * Lead the work team to achieve goals and objectives. * Be responsible for personal safety and that of coworkers, immediately reporting any unsafe acts or conditions; likewise, immediately report workplace accidents and near-miss incidents to enable prompt response and prevent more serious consequences in operations. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures specified in PETS, PETAR, Continuous/ATS IPERC, Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and other applicable documents at the start of each work shift, to prevent incidents and maintain a safe working environment from the outset of activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field; licensed and registered with the professional association. * Four years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate office software proficiency. * Availability to work under a 14x7 regime.
