Job Summary: We are seeking a driver to mobilize personnel and equipment for mining projects, supporting administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company based in Lima providing plant and mine shutdown maintenance services, as well as heavy machinery and telescopic crane rental. Currently, we have a large-scale project underway with our client MINERA CHINALCO located in the Toromocho area at 4,500 m.a.s.l. With over four years of proven experience, this position operates under a 2x1 shift system, with formal payroll and all statutory benefits. * Transport both supervisory and operational personnel to various project sites. * Assist project coordinators with administrative tasks. * Perform plotting activities for mobilization/demobilization of our equipment within the project. * Conduct daily inspections of the assigned unit and immediately report any deviations. * Complete relevant management tools (IPERC and Check List) and retain them on the unit with required signatures. * Transport personnel entering/exiting the mine who travel independently. * Attend daily safety briefings and sign attendance records. * Review unit documentation (technical inspection, internal authorization) daily and immediately report expiration dates. * Safeguard and protect company assets assigned for effective performance of duties (radios, vehicles, etc.). * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence, according to organizational requirements. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EDUCATION:** * Completed secondary education with a valid driver's license, minimum Category A1\. * Documented competence from courses and/or certifications obtained at previous employers. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum three years of certified experience in similar roles within industrial, mining, or related sectors. **AVAILABILITY:** * Willingness to work under a 14x7 schedule or other special/alternative work arrangements, depending on operational needs. * Availability to travel domestically. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of traffic regulations and project-specific procedures. * Successful completion of project-mandated training courses. * Soft skills oriented toward easy interaction with the work team. * Proactive approach to work and a positive attitude aligned with continuous improvement.
