




Job Summary: A comprehensive commercial advisor responsible for customer management, sales, technical advisory, and logistics coordination for grills and kitchen products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Specialized technical-commercial advisory 2. End-to-end sales cycle management 3. Production and logistics coordination * **Respond to and manage customer inquiries** via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and/or in-store visits. * **Qualify leads** by identifying genuine needs: product type (charcoal/gas), built-in or freestanding, capacity/portions, space dimensions, and delivery destination. * **Provide technical-commercial advisory** on grills, Chinese-style ovens, extractor hoods, built-in kitchens, accessories, and usage recommendations tailored to each project. * **Prepare customized quotations** based on customer requirements, technical specifications, materials, dimensions, and current commercial terms. * **Conduct commercial follow-up** (before and after quotation submission) until deal closure, addressing objections and ensuring professional service. * **Record and maintain opportunity tracking** (leads, quotations, status, agreements, payments, deliveries) using the company’s internally defined formats. * **Coordinate with production** on technical feasibility, manufacturing timelines, customizations, priority handling, and final validation of specifications. * **Coordinate delivery and installation** in Lima (as applicable) and **manage provincial shipments** through courier agencies, verifying recipient data, packaging, and required documentation. * **Request and validate billing information**, including invoices or receipts (per internal process), and coordinate information exchange with the relevant department when applicable. * **Manage the collection process**: advance payments, final balances, payment confirmations, and supporting documents—according to established commercial policy. * **Schedule and attend showroom appointments**, ensuring punctuality, product presentation, and commercial demonstrations. * **Conduct technical visits or on-site measurements** when required by the project (construction site, niche, base, countertop, ductwork, etc.). * **Stay updated** on product catalog, materials, manufacturing processes, warranties, installation procedures, and product care guidelines. * **Perform after-sales service and customer retention**: satisfaction verification, coordination of usage/maintenance recommendations, and incident resolution per internal procedures. * **Prepare management reports** (daily/weekly/monthly): quotations issued, deals closed, average ticket value, conversion rate, activities performed, and goal progress. * **Achieve individual and team commercial targets**, and participate in follow-up meetings, training sessions, and internal onboarding programs. * **Protect brand image** by maintaining respectful interactions, clear communication, and presentation and service standards aligned with La Carbonera Grill. * **Comply with internal policies** (working hours, use of work tools, confidentiality, non-disclosure of pricing/internal formats, and conduct standards). * **Safeguard commercial information** (customer databases, quotations, agreements, internal price lists) to prevent unauthorized use or sharing. * **Participate in marketing and promotional activities**: collaborate with the marketing team in creating graphic and audiovisual content (including participation in videos, testimonials, and demonstrations), and attend brand activations or commercial events as required. * **Perform other duties related to the position** assigned by direct supervision within the scope of one’s competencies.
