Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage the receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of solidarity products, corporate products, and in-kind donations. Internal benefits specific to our organization We are a social development organization present in 138 countries, working to promote and protect the rights of girls, boys, and adolescents—particularly their right to grow up in a family environment. **Mission:** Manage the warehouses within the Fundraising Department, ensuring proper storage, inventory control, and distribution of solidarity products, corporate products, and in-kind donations, in compliance with procedures and standards established by SOS Children's Villages Peru. **Key Responsibilities and Challenges:** * Receive solidarity products, corporate products, and in-kind donations according to established procedures. * Conduct physical and valued inventory controls, as well as maintain fundraising warehouses in accordance with established guidelines. * Perform other duties assigned by direct supervision that align with the mission of this position. **Our Ideal Candidate:** * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or product dispatch. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management systems (desirable). * Knowledge of warehouse quality and safety standards (desirable). **What We Offer:** 1\.
