Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to perform warehouse and dispatch functions, including picking, goods distribution, loading and unloading, order preparation, and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum warehouse and dispatch experience. 2. Perform picking, distribution, and order preparation. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in warehouses. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in warehouse and dispatch roles. * Reside in Villa El Salvador or neighboring districts (Chorrillos/VMT/SJM). * Availability to work full-time. (Not part-time) * Availability to work overtime (non-negotiable), during campaigns and periods of increased workload. * Punctuality and responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Daily picking. * Distribution of goods to various commercial centers and customers. * Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers. * Preparation of orders for Lima and provinces. * Weekly inventory counts. * Labeling / tagging / cleaning of products. * Proper handling and storage of products. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in all warehouse areas. * Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Working schedule: Monday to Saturday. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 05:45 PM \- (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 08:00 AM to 12:15 PM * **Additional overtime hours based on workload (non-negotiable)** * **Early-morning shifts when required or during campaigns** **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (CTS, vacations, bonuses) effective from the first day of work. * Base salary: S/.1,200.00 \+ S/.100.00 mobility allowance \+ overtime pay \+ family allowance. * Bi-weekly payments.
