Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and supervise warehouse operations, from receiving and storing merchandise to dispatching and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise in the warehouse. 2. Supervise inventories and maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. 3. Prepare performance indicator reports and propose improvements for the area. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive merchandise from B58:P74 in accordance with organizational procedures. * Notify Quality Control personnel upon arrival of raw materials, supplies, and equipment for respective verification. * Assign Warehouse Assistants to segregate raw materials, supplies, and project equipment and place them appropriately on shelves. * Support delivery of equipment, supplies, and raw materials to Production staff. * Record equipment, supplies, and raw materials delivered to Production staff in the SAP system. * Transfer equipment between warehouses according to dispatch urgency and inform the Warehouse Manager. * Manage the procedure for defective or missing equipment. * Assign a Warehouse Assistant to perform packaging of finished products and their dispatch. * Perform final closure of production orders (OF) type 6 and 9 (for internal manufacturing) in the SAP system. * Safeguard and secure physical warehouse stock. * Preserve materials in general per the Product Preservation Instruction. * Supervise and conduct physical cycle counts and reconcile them with SAP. * Supervise order and cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse (pallets, stakes, finished panels, etc.). * Prepare monthly reports on area performance indicators, including statistical analysis and improvement actions. * Conduct inventory of cargo stored in external warehouses. * Carry out dispatches of spare parts, consumables, warranties, loans, and tools. * Transfer equipment between warehouses per incoming surplus documentation from construction sites. * Perform dispatch and control of maintenance kits. * Send shipments to provinces as applicable. * Generate electronic shipping guides for dispatch of finished products and merchandise to end customers. * Dispatch spare parts and consumables to the repair and installation department. * Prepare outgoing guides—manual and electronic—after recording the movement in SAP, as applicable. * Maintain order and cleanliness in Grupo Trianon’s warehouse and external warehouses. * Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Industrial Administration, Warehouse Management, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the industrial sector, within warehouse operations. * Knowledge of SAP (not mandatory). * Availability to work in Surquillo. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 18:00 * Friday: 07:30 – 17:15 Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have knowledge of SAP Business One? * Please indicate your salary expectations.
