Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with warehouse and dispatch experience to perform picking, distribution, loading and unloading, order preparation, and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Product handling and preparation **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse and dispatch roles. * Must reside in Villa El Salvador or neighboring districts (Chorrillos/VMT/SJM). * Availability for full-time work only. (No part-time) * Availability to work overtime (non-negotiable), including during campaigns and workload surge days. * Punctuality and responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Daily picking. * Distribution of goods to various shopping centers and customers. * Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers. * Preparation of orders for Lima and provinces. * Weekly inventory counts. * Labeling / tagging / cleaning of products. * Proper handling and storage of products. * Maintaining order and cleanliness across all warehouse areas. * Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. * Working schedule: Monday to Saturday. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:45 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:15 PM * **Additional overtime hours based on workload (non-negotiable)** * **Early-morning shifts when required or during campaigns** **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits (CTS, vacation, bonuses) effective from the first day of employment. * Base salary: S/.1,300 + Overtime + Family allowance. * Bi-weekly payments.
