JOB DESCRIPTION A leading industrial-sector company is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Warehouse Manager with the following responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and comprehensively supervise receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and distribution processes. * Lead the execution of cyclic inventories, ensuring record accuracy and variance analysis. * Manage warehouse performance indicators (On-Time In-Full [OTIF], inventory accuracy, productivity, service level, among others). * Lead root-cause analysis of operational deviations and implement corrective actions. * Supervise proper inventory location and control within the warehouse. * Manage slow-moving items, returns, and final disposition of inventory. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and internal regulations. * Lead and develop the team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and managing productivity. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure continuity of logistics operations. * Supervise maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and equipment. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions Logistics and supply chain management Warehouse and inventory management, Kardex Team leadership and management indicator handling Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ERP system experience, warehouse layout knowledge Basic English
