Job Summary: We are seeking Welders - Assemblers for our industrial plant, responsible for construction and maintenance projects. Key Points: 1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a welder in projects 2. Welding Technician (mandatory) 3. Stable employment under the standard labor regime At Porcelatino SAC, we are currently seeking Welders \- Assemblers to work at our industrial plant located in Chilca (Cañete). We are a Chinese investment company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing ceramics nationally and internationally. Requirements \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a welder in construction, maintenance, or structural steel projects (preferred) \- Welding Technician (mandatory). \- Valid certification in welding processes (SMAW or others) (preferred). \- Valid SMAW (3G) welding qualification (preferred). \- Availability to work in Chilca – Cañete (mandatory). \- Availability to work in Chilca (Cañete) Conditions \- Compensation: Base salary on general payroll \+ mobility bonus \+ fixed overtime hours \- Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; rest day to be coordinated in advance. \- Working hours: 7:00 AM \- 5:40 PM (includes 8 working hours, 1-hour lunch break, and 1\.5 fixed overtime hours) \- Barracks-style accommodation (if required) \- 100% company-covered meals. \- Payment dates: 17th (40% advance) and end of month (final balance) Apply or Refer Position Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * We operate under the standard labor regime, not on a project basis; this is stable employment.
