(PE02\) Location: Central Office Our company **COSAPI (P001\)** is looking for the best talent for the position of: **WORKER TALENT DEVELOPMENT ANALYST** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Support the implementation of training, development, and climate plans according to business needs, to promote personal and professional growth of the organization's employees. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Execute training plans based on the strategy of the Labor Training Center and in coordination with management areas to address identified needs. * Execute the Virtual Training Program to help new employees integrate into the organization. * Consolidate records and information from the Labor Competency Certification Center. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2 years of experience as a talent development assistant working with worker or operational profiles. * 2 years of experience in companies within the construction and mining sectors. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Proficiency in human resources software (SSFF, SAP). * Postgraduate diploma or specialization in human resources (desirable). * Basic-level Power BI skills. * Knowledge of video editing tools. * Knowledge of construction sector labor regime categories. * Willingness to travel to project sites both in Lima and in other provinces. * Availability to work in Lima from Monday to Friday.
