Key administrative support across various departments of the company. **We are hiring!** We are looking for a proactive, organized, responsible, and eager-to-learn individual for the position of **Administrative Assistant.** **Responsibilities** * Document management for Homologations. * Organization of documents and execution of administrative tasks. * Tracking and control of pending administrative matters. * Support to management: organizing and coordinating meetings, assisting in preparing necessary information, and following up on agreements made with respective departments. * Petty Cash Management: controlling daily opening, reconciliation, and closing of cash flow; validating cash disbursements and fund requests from the team; ensuring all expenses are supported by invoices and valid tax-compliant documentation before submission to accounting. * Tracking documentation, collecting files, and managing file systems. * Support to various required departments. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed or incomplete Technical or University degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year performing multitasking functions. * Knowledge of Public Procurement (desirable) * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (desirable) * Proficiency in office software. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Monday–Friday work schedule * Continuous training.
