Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. **Your mission** * Administer and control the Retail area budget (OPEX), including expense tracking, variance analysis, and support in preparing the Budget and Forecast. * Develop and analyze retail operational reports and indicators (KPIs) (e.g., sales, conversion rate, margin, expenses), providing data-driven insights for decision-making. * Coordinate preventive and corrective store maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to corporate standards. * Manage relationships with maintenance and service vendors, including quotations, purchase orders, work progress tracking, performance evaluation, and payment coordination. * Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Accounting, Planning, and Operations) to ensure proper execution of administrative and financial processes and accurate expense allocation per company policies. * Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and infrastructure requirements across stores, maintaining readiness for inspections, audits, and implementation of improvement opportunities. **Your talent** * Graduates or Bachelor’s degree holders in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration; retail experience preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI) * Intermediate to Advanced English Financial statement analysis and interpretation, sales plans, expense forecasting, knowledge of IFRS and IFRS 16, P\&L analysis * **Our principles** PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
