Supports recruitment and personnel selection OCCUPATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY ASSISTANT **PRODISE Engineering \& Services** is seeking an **Occupational Psychology Assistant** to join our team. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology. * 3 to 6 months of experience. * Knowledge of Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) — not mandatory. * Availability to travel to various mining units to conduct fieldwork. Main Responsibilities * Provide support for Mental Health Surveillance and Occupational Psychology programs. * Support the implementation and follow-up of Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) activities. * Conduct behavioral observations in the field and record findings. * Support safety awareness campaigns related to risk perception and self-care. * Support trainings, talks, and workshops for staff. * Administer authorized surveys, assessments, and psychological instruments. * Record and consolidate area-related information and indicators. * Support recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Coordinate psychological and competency-based interviews. * Administer psychometric tests and tabulate results under the supervision of the responsible psychologist. * Prepare reports, documentation, and databases related to area activities. * Manage occupational psychology documentation, ensuring confidentiality of information.
