What would your responsibilities be? * Analyze pricing and monitor regional prices, proposing adjustments to ensure competitiveness across cement categories and digital solutions. * Develop and implement strategies based on structured and unstructured data to generate relevant information for decision-making. * Manage and track digital KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion), proposing improvements to implementations that strengthen value proposition. * Identify opportunities to optimize and monetize the mix of physical and digital products, ensuring market share sustainability. * Lead implementation of integrated commercial reports and geographic visualizations, facilitating tactical decision-making in areas of influence (north and northeast). * Coordinate with communications/advertising and segment teams, integrating campaign data with performance analysis to evaluate effectiveness. * Comply with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, ensuring adherence to established procedures and current regulations. What qualifications do you need? * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced English proficiency. Basic knowledge of revenue management. Intermediate knowledge of financial analysis. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Google Analytics. Basic knowledge of data architecture and programming languages (Python, SQL). Minimum one year of experience in roles such as Business Intelligence Analyst, Market Analyst, Data Analyst, Finance Analyst, or project evaluation.
