Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise paving, asphalt, and sanitation projects, overseeing documentation, valuations, and resources. Key Highlights: 1. Management of construction documentation and logistics **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in construction supervision, paving, asphalt laying, sanitation, or construction logistics. * Knowledge of document control, valuations, and project progress tracking. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Availability to work on-site in Comas. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct field visits to verify progress of paving and asphalt replacement works. * Coordinate supply of hot-mix asphalt and verify base layer compaction (sub-base preparation). * Monitor operational status of machinery and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Record and manage data on material and equipment inflows, outflows, vouchers, delivery notes, invoices, and movements. * Prepare and reconcile necessary documentation for service valuations. * Coordinate with suppliers for issuance of supporting documents and track documentation for payments. * Maintain up-to-date technical and administrative project records. * Support preparation of schedules, valuations, and progress reports. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, material consumption, and resource utilization. * Assist in attendance control and operational staff monitoring. * Respond to information requests from clients and management. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations. * Perform other related duties assigned by management. **We Offer** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Monthly payments.
