**Important Information** Location: Peru Work Modality: Hybrid **Position Summary** As a ***DevOps Engineer Mid (17795\)***, you will join the team responsible for automating, operating, and maintaining infrastructure and continuous delivery pipelines to support critical applications. You will work on implementing infrastructure-as-code practices, automated deployments, and monitoring to ensure service availability, scalability, and security. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and microservices. * Manage containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes). * Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC (Terraform, Ansible, or others). * Monitor and ensure platform availability and performance (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). * Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployments and release processes. * Implement and maintain security practices within pipelines and runtimes. * Automate operational tasks using scripting (Bash, Python) and automation tools. * Participate in incident management and post\-mortems to improve system resilience. **Requirements and Skills** * Graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with \+4 years of experience in DevOps/Platform roles. * Hands-on experience with **Docker and Kubernetes.** * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).** * Knowledge of infrastructure as **code (Terraform, Ansible) and cloud provisioning (AWS/Azure/GCP).** * Proficiency in **Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Python).** * Knowledge of **monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).** * Experience in **automating deployments and configuration management.** * Proficient in version control using **Git.** **About Encora** Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner for some of the world’s leading companies and digital-native enterprises.
