Semada Tech, an IT solutions specialist company, is seeking a Senior DLP Implementation Specialist to join a major company in the region. **Responsibilities** \- Plan, coordinate, and oversee cybersecurity projects focused on DLP implementation—from requirements gathering through to production deployment. \- Analyze business needs and translate them into technically feasible solutions aligned with information security policies. \- Coordinate and validate pilot tests, configurations, and deployments, ensuring deliverables meet defined objectives. \- Develop the operational model documenting processes, roles, and responsibilities for future solution management. \- Coordinate with business units, IT departments, vendors, and partners to ensure proper integration of the solution within the corporate ecosystem. \- Ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams and facilitate the transition of the solution into the operational phase. \- Identify improvement opportunities and propose adjustments to the solution design or support processes prior to final delivery. \- Monitor project milestones, prepare progress reports, and escalate risks or blockers to management as appropriate. \- Prepare and present progress reports on cybersecurity solution implementations, ensuring visibility for management and stakeholders regarding milestones, risks, and next steps. **Requirements** \- Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. \- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency. \- Solid knowledge of security solutions (Firewall, Proxy, CASB, Cloud Security, IPS, Antivirus, Antimalware). \- Proven experience implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
