Acts as the technical representative to the client We are **SINERGIA INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SAC**, currently seeking an Electrical Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of electrical services (maintenance and installations), ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and delivery time standards. Additionally, the candidate will act as the technical representative to the client, conducting technical visits, gathering technical information, and preparing quotations for new services or projects. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Electrical Engineering * Certified technician in Industrial Electricity (also considered). **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years supervising electrical work. * Proven experience in: * Technical visits * Preparing quotations * Field supervision **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct field inspections for fault diagnosis and technical information gathering. * Identify client needs and propose efficient technical solutions. * Prepare quotations, budgets, and technical proposals. * Develop work plans, schedules, and resource requirements. * Supervise field electrical work (preventive and corrective maintenance, and low- and medium-voltage installations). * Verify compliance with technical and safety standards (use of PPE, ATS, procedures). * Prepare technical reports, valuations, and quality dossiers. * Coordinate with logistics for material procurement. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all legally mandated benefits.
