You could be our next: **EMERGENCY PHYSICIAN** ***What Are We Looking For?*** * Education: Licensed and registered Medical Doctor (CMP) with a valid RNE. * Specialty title in Emergency Medicine and Disasters. * Minimum 3 years of certified experience in Emergency Medicine. * Availability to work 150 hours per month. ***What Will You Do?*** * Evaluate emergency patients and issue an initial diagnosis based on priority. * Provide initial stabilization for critically ill patients. * Prevent risks associated with medical care. * Report adverse events occurring during medical procedures. * Define patient care needs to ensure continuity of care. * Reassess patients with pending conditions or prolonged stays in the emergency department. * Complete emergency clinical records comprehensively: time of consultation, chief complaint, vital signs, general and specific physical examination, work plan, evolution, treatment, medical leave, time and disposition upon discharge. * Record diagnostic test results and related comments in the clinical record. * Coordinate with on-call physicians when specialist evaluation or hospitalization is required. * Submit shift reports, documenting statistics, incidents, and recommendations in the emergency reporting logbook. * Provide complete information to patients and/or their families regarding disease progression, side effects of prescribed medications, and need for outpatient follow-up. ***What Benefits Will You Enjoy?*** \- Be part of one of Peru’s most admired companies (EMA Awards, 2021) \- Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. \- Statutory life insurance from day one. \- 75% EPS health coverage. \- Training programs and career development opportunities. \- Corporate benefits.
