Position Summary: We are seeking a Concierge Supervisor for a building in Barranco, responsible for reception, security surveillance, and common areas management, with proficiency in a foreign language. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and security surveillance functions. 2. Parcel management and common areas registration. 3. Responsibility for building waste removal. We require personnel to fill the position of **Concierge Supervisor (NIGHT SHIFT)** at a building in **Barranco**, preferably **MALE** candidates over 26 years old, productive, committed, and responsible, residing in nearby areas, with proficiency in a foreign language and fluent conversation skills. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and register building entries for owners and their guests. * Monitor security cameras. * Receive parcels, letters, etc. * Maintain records of owners’ common areas. * Additionally, remove building waste. **Schedule:** * 8-hour shift \+ overtime **(12 hrs)** with one day off per week * Night shift **Additional Information:** * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Uniform, photo ID card, and functional orientation provided on the first day. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits under the REMYPE regime. * Monthly salary deposited directly into a payroll account. * Overtime pay. * AFP or ONP enrollment. * 15 days of vacation. * Health insurance through SIS MICROEMPRESAS. * Foreign language bonus. * Night shift bonus. * Statutory life insurance.
