We are looking for personnel for the position of ENGINEERING ASSISTANT: REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Professional registration with the Peruvian Institute of Engineers (CIP) preferred (not mandatory). * Minimum 01 year of experience in similar positions or pre-professional internships. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Basic knowledge of scaffolding and formwork (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of technical standards, industrial safety, and work at heights. * Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design. * Knowledge of SAP 2000 (preferred, not mandatory). * Ability to work in teams, organizational skills, and proactivity. * Availability for site visits. FUNCTIONS: * Develop technical solutions and prepare drawings for conventional and standardized scaffolding. * Prepare drawings and solutions for metallic formwork. * Develop designs, solutions, and drawings for metallic structures. * Support preparation of drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. * Conduct technical coordination with internal and external clients. * Perform site visits for surveying and information gathering. * Support supervision of scaffolding and formwork assembly. * Provide basic training related to assembly and safety.
