Grupo Falabella is looking for its next Cybersecurity Specialist, based in San Borja, Peru. Today, we operate in 7 Latin American countries, plus offices in China and India. What is the main objective of this role? Oversee cybersecurity controls and risks, ensure policy compliance, and strengthen defense capabilities. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Audit and verify the effectiveness of controls implemented by the first line. * Monitor regulatory compliance and application of guidelines across technology projects and operations. * Assess risks associated with emerging technologies and propose updates to guidelines, including cloud environments. * Review cryptographic key management and ensure adherence to current best practices and regulations. * Participate in strategic projects to guarantee integration of best practices and emerging technologies (AI, automation). * Ensure technical requirements (firewall, software, integrations) are reviewed with a focus on risk reduction and compliance.
