Discover the life awaiting you at Accor—visit https://careers.accor.com/ Job Description The primary objective is to maintain guestrooms and various public areas of the property available for immediate use or offering. * Attend the daily briefing to receive information for the day. * Greet guests warmly, make eye contact, and address them by name. * Ensure organization and hygiene of materials, equipment, and the workplace. * Be responsible for guest comfort by ensuring proper cleaning of public areas and guestrooms. * Deliver a memorable service experience for guests. * Conduct shift handover following established practices. * Report any situation deemed dangerous or suspicious within the hotel. * Comply with the hotel’s internal regulations, departmental policies, and procedures. * Embody the ideal attitudes of the “I Connect”, “I Engage”, “I Go the Extra Mile”, and “I Personalize” connector principles—the foundation of Accor’s values. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Attend all trainings scheduled by the company. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. Requirements * Preferred: 1 year of experience in Housekeeping. * Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures, and operation of cleaning equipment. * Incomplete technical or university education; preferably a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality.
