Discover the life awaiting you at Accor—visit https://careers.accor.com/ **Job Description** The primary objective is to maintain guest rooms and various public areas of the property ready for immediate use or offering. * Attend the daily briefing to receive information for the day. * Greet guests warmly, make eye contact, and address them by name. * Ensure organization and hygiene of materials, equipment, and the workplace. * Be responsible for guest comfort by ensuring proper cleaning of public areas and guest rooms. * Create a memorable service experience for guests. * Conduct shift handover following established procedures. * Report any situation deemed dangerous or suspicious within the hotel. * Comply with the hotel’s internal regulations, departmental policies, and procedures. * Embody the ideal attitudes of the “I Connect”, “I Engage”, “I Go the Extra Mile”, and “I Personalize” connector principles—the foundation of Accor’s values. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Attend all company-organized training sessions. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Preferred: 1 year of experience in Housekeeping. * Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures, and operation of cleaning equipment. * Incomplete technical or university education; preferably a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality. **Additional Information** * Employee Benefits Card offering discounted rates at Accor properties worldwide. * Learning programs delivered through our Academies. * Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your hotel and globally! * Ability to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
