




**HOUSEKEEPING / HOUSEKEEPER** **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning, organization, and arrangement of guest rooms and other hotel areas in accordance with brand quality standards and specifications. * Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, common areas, service areas, and hotel supplies to maximize guest satisfaction. * Ensure the well-being and safety of guests and other staff members. * Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to resolve any issues in guest rooms and other hotel areas. * Monitor and maintain inventory control and care of departmental materials including linens, amenities, equipment, and cleaning supplies according to quality standards. * Ensure proper handling of chemical products, tools, and work equipment. * Prepare housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies according to established standards and keep them organized. * Record relevant daily information (lost & found, service incidents) to communicate to other departments (e.g., Front Desk). * Report room cleaning times (entry and exit times) in the assigned work plan. * Perform all duties inherent to the position and any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university education * Knowledge of maintenance and/or repairs * Basic level of English language proficiency * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts * Experience: 1 year (Preferred) **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * 100% covered meal allowance Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
