Maintains and updates employees' personnel files A leading Peruvian food company is currently seeking an HR Assistant. **Requirements:** * Education: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Law, or related fields. * Experience: 1 year in similar roles or functions. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Availability to work onsite in Chorrillos **Responsibilities:** * Conducts the selection process, ensuring hiring of personnel with the appropriate profile for the position. * Ensures compliance with the selection procedure. * Complies with policies, safety regulations, standards, and procedures. * Reviews documentation required for employee onboarding. * Consolidates information for new hires. * Performs control, registration, and analysis of employee timekeeping for payroll processing. * Updates, registers, and maintains employees' personnel files. * Coordinates with department heads to schedule training sessions. * Collaborates with the supervisor to organize cross-departmental company events aimed at improving the work environment. * Other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration with 100% statutory benefits * Preferential pricing on our products * Career advancement opportunities within the company * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: Onsite employment
