




* Develop and ensure implementation of the annual work plan. * Implement, develop, and review departmental policies, processes, and procedures. * Direct and supervise timely and accurate payroll closing, social benefit payments, vacation plan compliance, and post-payroll reporting. * Conduct personnel selection and hiring processes for plant staff. * Direct and supervise onboarding, training, performance evaluation, workplace climate, and personnel selection programs. * Develop and update the Organizational Manual and Job Descriptions. * Develop, review, ensure compliance with, and enforce disciplinary measures for violations of the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT). * Respond to inquiries regarding labor law matters. * Develop, coordinate, and supervise documentation related to audits and certifications. * Analyze monthly labor costs and workforce composition. * Participate in investigations of occupational accidents occurring within the respective department. * Identify potential employee training needs related to safety and soft skills, and propose and plan concrete actions. * Attend company-organized courses and activities for personal development, information, and instruction on occupational risk prevention. * Comply with established company regulations and instructions received from superiors. * Comply with SSOMA standards and perform duties in accordance with safe work practices, as defined by established procedures. * Verify and monitor compliance of all operations with the HACCP Plan and all currently valid plant certifications.
