REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience in Human Resources**. * Experience in recruitment, hiring, personnel administration, and **payroll review**. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Leadership, organization, and decision-making ability. * Availability for on-site work. FUNCTIONS * Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Manage personnel documentation and files. * Review and validate information from **payrolls, hires, terminations, vacations, absences, tardiness, and overtime**. * Coordinate with Administration/Accounting regarding payroll and payment processing. * Prepare Human Resources reports and metrics. * Supervise processes and personnel under supervision. * Address personnel incidents and provide support to management. * Propose process improvements within the department.
