




Position Summary: We are seeking a university graduate with experience in HR, accounting, and administration to manage teams, conduct recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and employee welfare activities. Promotion of staff training and social welfare. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **PROFILE** University degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Administration, or Psychology. Ø Minimum 2 years of specific experience in this field or related areas. Ø Knowledge of Occupational Safety, Social Welfare, and Accounting. Ø Team management skills. Ø Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (CONCAR). Ø Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: 1. Conduct structured interviews for personnel selection to gather professional and personal information enabling assessment of candidate suitability for the position. 2. Administer psychological evaluations to candidates to identify behavioral characteristics and define their psychological profile. 3. Monitor and track incidents. 4. Conduct general onboarding for new employees. 5. Coordinate with department heads to ensure occupational health and safety (OHS) and job-specific onboarding. 6. Execute payroll, bonus, and commission processes, as well as attendance tracking for staff. 7. Prepare records and reports for inclusion in payroll registers. 8. Prepare staff attendance registers in spreadsheet format. 9. Prepare payroll registers. 10. Prepare vacation schedules and tracking records. 11. Prepare bonus registers. 12. Prepare CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) registers. 13. Prepare settlement registers. 14. Prepare payslips for staff. 15. Review payroll, bonus, gratification, settlement, and other registers; as well as declarations for ESSALUD contributions, AFP pension fund contribution registers, Fifth Category Income Tax, and other taxes derived from compensation. 16. Draft, monitor, and update employment contracts. 17. Calculate severance pay (CTS). 18. Promote staff training by planning and delivering courses, seminars, conferences, and educational talks. 19. Coordinate the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of staff training, welfare, and incentive programs. 20. Maintain up-to-date personnel files, attaching relevant documents pertaining to each employee’s job performance. 21. Promote and organize social and welfare assistance programs for staff. 22. Address inquiries and process documentation related to workers’ rights and obligations, and/or those of their family members.
