




Job Summary: An HR professional with experience in talent management, labor legislation, payroll, and occupational safety and health (OSH) coordination, focused on staff development and well-being. Occupational safety and health coordination REQUIREMENTS: \- Degree holder / bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or industrial engineering \- Proven one-year experience performing similar functions in the HR area, including personnel management. \- Knowledge of labor legislation RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Plan, coordinate, and execute human talent management processes (recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and staff separation), in accordance with institutional policies and current labor regulations. \- Prepare and manage payroll registers, bonuses, EsSalud, SCTR, AFP/ONP applications, CTS, vacation entitlements, and other labor benefits, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal and tax obligations. \- Handle inspections by SUNAFIL, MTPE, and other entities, and manage labor relations to prevent and resolve conflicts. \- Coordinate with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) department to update documentation, ensure staff participation in training, conduct Occupational Medical Examinations for employees, and fulfill legal OSH obligations. \- Identify training needs, coordinate staff development, training, and evaluation programs, promoting professional growth and strengthening competencies aligned with company objectives. \- Implement initiatives fostering a positive work environment, motivation, internal communication, and staff integration; participate in welfare activities, recognition programs, and organizational culture enhancement. \- Provide basic legal–labor guidance and support to various departments regarding personnel policies, benefits, sanctions, disciplinary procedures, and labor obligations, ensuring correct application of current regulations. \- Propose improvements to human resources management processes.
