**Key Information:**
Team: Engineering and Maintenance
Location: Lima, Peru
Experience Level: Minimum 8 years in similar roles within the hydrocarbons or mining sector
Work Type: On-site
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of maintenance projects and services at fuel facilities (service stations).
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promoting effective collaboration across departments to ensure operational efficiency.
* Supervise on-site project execution, verifying adherence to schedules, technical specifications, and established standards.
* Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve deviations, risks, and technical or operational issues that may impact project delivery.
* Prepare and submit weekly technical progress reports and management indicators to Management.
**You’ll be a great fit if you have:**
* A certified and licensed Electrical Engineer degree.
* 8 years of experience managing maintenance and operations projects in the hydrocarbons, construction, or industrial sectors.
* Project management certification preferred (PMI, PMBOK, or equivalent methodologies).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
* Familiarity with SAP, Primavera, or other project management software is desirable.
Regulatory Knowledge.
* Safety Regulation for Hydrocarbon Activities (Supreme Decree No. 043-2007-EM)
* National Electricity Code – Utilization and Supply
* NTP IEC 60079 and hazardous area classification criteria
* NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 30, and NFPA 30A.
