




Position Summary: This role seeks a Mechanical Engineer to supervise and coordinate operations, optimize processes, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Budget management and compliance with safety regulations ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate the company's operational activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient use of resources * Schedule and supervise production work in coordination with the Administration Management and Operations Supervisor. * Optimize operational and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring execution within established financial limits * Verify compliance by operational, technical, and maintenance personnel, assigning tasks and resolving incidents in real time * Analyze project performance by comparing planned versus actual execution and identifying improvement opportunities * Approve material and supply procurement requests based on operational needs * Plan and coordinate machinery and equipment maintenance in collaboration with the Field Supervisor and maintenance team * Ensure compliance with safety, industrial hygiene, and internal regulations, promoting a prevention-oriented culture * Monitor correct application of company regulations, policies, and procedures through management indicators * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring implementation of corrective actions for findings or non-conformities * Collect and analyze operational data (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, evaluate efficiency, and propose process improvements * Facilitate communication among different departments (production, maintenance, safety, quality) to ensure smooth operations * Supervise execution of repairs and scheduled tasks, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with safety protocols * Provide customer service and support, highlighting the company's strengths and ensuring confidentiality of internal information ***Requirements:*** * Degree holder, registered with the professional association, and licensed in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of certified experience per the Unique Labor Certificate (CUL) **(MANDATORY).** * Project and operations management and administration. * Knowledge of Mechanics and Metal-Mechanical Structures. * Knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic Maintenance. * Knowledge of Industrial Plant Maintenance. * Familiarity with occupational safety standards. * Employment under a 14x7 work regime. * Preferably licensed for Antapaccay. **(PREFERRED)** ***Benefits:*** Market-competitive remuneration.
