We believe technology is the engine, but people are the heart of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to ensure the availability, security, and performance of our infrastructure (on-premise, cloud, and containers). * You will manage operating systems, databases, and networks. * You will participate in production deployments and rollout of new services. * You will collaborate on managing scalable infrastructure projects. **What are we looking for in you?** **\- Technical Competencies:** * **Operating Systems:** Administration of Linux (advanced) and Windows Server (Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, IIS). * **Cloud Computing:** Experience (or strong foundational knowledge) with Azure, GCP, or AWS (VMs, Networking, IAM, S3/Blob). * **Containerization:** Proficiency with **Docker** (images/containers) and familiarity with Kubernetes concepts. * **Identity Management:** Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid synchronization (MFA). * **Virtualization:** Experience with VMware, Hyper\-V, or Proxmox. * **Monitoring:** Configuration of sensors and dashboards in **PRTG** (expert level), plus knowledge of Grafana/Zabbix. * **Databases:** Basic maintenance of MySQL/MariaDB, Postgres, and SQL Server. * **Security:** Server hardening, patch management, and access control. **\- Desired Education and Certifications** * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Recommended courses, diplomas, and certifications: * Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. * Linux Professional Institute (LPIC\-2 or LPIC\-3\) or Red Hat RHCSA/RHCE or other distributions. * Azure Administrator Associate. * AWS SysOps Administrator. * Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer. * CompTIA Security\+ or CEH (for security). * ITIL Foundation (for service and change management). * Project management. **\- Soft Skills** * Analytical ability and capability to resolve critical incidents. * Teamwork with development, security, and operations teams. * Clear and effective technical communication. * Disciplined documentation of changes and configurations. * Focus on continuous improvement and automation. **\- Key Responsibilities** * Administer servers across hybrid environments (physical \+ cloud). * Execute production deployments and document each process. * Implement automated backups and disaster recovery plans. * Configure observability tools to anticipate incidents. * Collaborate closely with **DevOps** and Cybersecurity teams. **What do we offer?** * **Total Flexibility:** Hybrid work mode adapted to the project. * **Real Growth:** Career path based on your performance and seniority. * **Feedback Culture:** Close mentoring and continuous learning. * **Impact:** Participation in cutting-edge technology projects. * **Corporate Benefits:** Specialized IT staffing contract. **Are you looking for a place where your potential becomes real experience?** We don’t expect you to be an expert in every tool from day one, but we do require a solid technical foundation (e.g., a degree in Engineering or entry-level certifications), and above all, curiosity and discipline to keep learning.
