Position Summary: Provides technical support to end users, develops BI reports, and assists in hardware management and technology projects. Key Highlights: 1. End-user support and assistance 2. Power BI report development 3. Technology project implementation **Join our team** **Your mission** Provide end-user support and training in accordance with Epiroc's IT policies. Develop BI reports based on the ERP system, migrate outdated spreadsheets, and assist in document registration and hardware inventory management. **What will be my responsibilities?** * End-user support and assistance * Resolution of hardware and software incidents * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and tools * Hardware inventory and electronic waste management * Technology project implementation * Power BI report development * Application of sound information security practices * Proactivity and support for continuous process improvement **Ideal candidate for this position:** * Final-year student and/or graduate in Systems Engineering or a technical program in Computing and Informatics (minimum 3 years) * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office * Familiarity with PC, server, and peripheral assembly * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools (approximately 10% of activities) * Database fundamentals * Intermediate technical English (desirable) **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
