On behalf of our client—a leading service company—we are looking for a Human Resources Manager.
**PROFILE**
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Law, or related fields
* Preferred: Courses, diplomas, or seminars in HR
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
* Ideal: Familiarity with Payroll Regulation No. 728 and the Civil Construction Regime
* Solid knowledge and experience in organizational culture, recruitment, talent management, and human resource management
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office; Power BI is ideal
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Plan, direct, evaluate, and supervise human resources management processes—including handling staffing requirements, recruitment, screening, selection, and onboarding—by formulating strategies, policies, standards, and procedures that ensure hiring of suitable personnel
* Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new staff, providing general guidance on their roles as well as relevant institutional information (mission, vision, organizational policies, internal regulations, and work rules)
* Manage and optimize payroll administration processes—including calculation of salaries, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, and other labor benefits)
* Prepare and submit monthly Electronic Payroll (PLAME) and AFP declarations, ensuring compliance with labor and social security obligations
* Timely preparation and submission of the annual employee vacation schedule, supervising its implementation in accordance with current labor regulations
* Issue employment certificates and work certificates for administrative and construction-site personnel, as applicable
* Design, coordinate, and implement employee performance evaluations to promote continuous improvement and professional development
* Address and manage individual or collective labor complaints, grievances, or reports, promoting timely resolutions and maintaining a healthy work environment
* Ensure compliance with provisions outlined in the organization’s Integrated Management Manual
* Supervise adherence to the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Internal Work Regulations, Code of Ethics, and other institutional policies
* Ensure compliance with procedures and instructions related to Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Anti-Bribery policies applicable to the company
* Promptly report to management any risks, injuries, accidents, occupational incidents, or any situations involving improper practices or suspected or detected bribery
**CONDITIONS**
* Formal employment under the General Regime
* Full-time, on-site work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
* Work location: Los Olivos
Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month
