OTHER KNOWLEDGE (DESIRABLE) • Specialization in Costs and Budgeting. * Advanced Microsoft Excel. * Costs and budgeting. * Quantity take-offs. * Revit. * Construction materials. * Plumbing materials. * Electrical materials. * AutoCAD. **JOB FUNCTIONS** * Monitor staff attendance. * Coordinate with the Resident Engineer on tasks to be performed and assign daily work assignments. * Review drawings and all technical information related to daily tasks. * Verify and alert the Resident Engineer about field constraints encountered. * Ensure personnel safety across various work areas (AST). * Supervise labor productivity and material usage.
