Collaborate in efficient preventive and predictive maintenance management At QROMA, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of: **Maintenance Intern** **What is the main objective?** Monitor the development of maintenance management indicators such as Availability, MTTR, MTBF, and others. Participate in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), as well as collaborate in efficient preventive and predictive maintenance management, contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement of plant processes and resources. **The responsibilities of this role will be as follows:** * Update plant equipment and spare parts master data * Update equipment maintenance roadmaps * Update maintenance procedures, diagrams, and instructions * Measure time and resource allocation per work order (WO) * Track and update KPIs * Analyze area-related information data * Maintain control and records of manuals, reports, drawings, and schematics to ensure technical information on equipment and machinery is available * Other related duties assigned by the plant supervisor **What are we looking for?** * Students from the 8th semester onwards in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, or TPM * Knowledge of Maintenance Management * Knowledge of FMEA Analysis * Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Intermediate level Microsoft Power BI * Basic level SAP * Intermediate level English * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in El Agustino and Ñaña (Chaclacayo) **If you are interested in this opportunity, please complete the following form: https://form.typeform.com/to/UMTaASad** Join the most inspiring team! \#WeAreThePaintThatTransforms Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: Onsite employment
