Report to your supervisor any incidents occurring during the service. Coordinate with the operations assistant any changes the passengers may require in their program. Knowledge of local products, services, and providers (Hotels, Restaurants, Museums, Trains, etc). Knowledge of local tourist destinations. Experience and knowledge in passenger transportation.
