Job Summary: We are seeking a Metallurgical Technician to support operational parameter control, perform sampling, and record production information at a mining plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in process control analysis and metallurgical testing. 2. Support operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives at the plant. 3. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures. The company is looking for a **Metallurgical Technician** to work at the **Beneficiation Plant located in Ocoña, Arequipa**, under a **20x10 work schedule**. **Requirements:** Graduate or certified technician in Metallurgy or related fields. Basic knowledge of mineral processing and metallurgical analysis. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Willingness to work in Ocoña under a 20x10 schedule. Ability to work in a team, with responsibility and commitment to safety. **Responsibilities:** * Perform sampling of ore, tailings, concentrates, and process solutions. * Support control and monitoring of plant operational parameters. * Record and report production data and metallurgical results. * Participate in metallurgical testing and process control analysis. * Verify proper equipment operation and report operational incidents. * Prepare basic Excel reports related to plant activities. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures. * Support operational and continuous improvement activities within the plant. **Compensation:** **S/ 1,500 or more**, depending on experience and candidate evaluation.
