At TECH SOLUTIONS, a leading technology-sector company with 11 years of experience in the Peruvian market in cybersecurity, we are seeking a Bachelor's degree candidate or university student to strengthen our Cybersecurity technical team: Responsibilities: \- Provide cybersecurity support to clients during implementation, configuration, and use of IT solutions. \- Resolve technical incidents and escalate complex issues as necessary. \- Document, analyze, and track customer requests; \- Ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement). \- Monitor solution performance and identify optimization opportunities; \- Willingness to undertake training courses and workshops to learn cybersecurity solutions. Qualifications: \- Students in the final cycles of Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Networks and Security, or Technical Professionals, Bachelor's degree holders, or Engineers. \- Knowledge of networking solutions such as switches, routers, and IP telephony; \- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization, and Windows servers. \- Desired certifications (not mandatory): CCNA, ITIL, Fortinet NSE \- Experience or university courses related to working in an enterprise environment. Other technical skills, studies, or cybersecurity initiatives will also be considered for this position.
