Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Nurse to lead and develop occupational safety and health programs, support the occupational physician, and manage medical information for employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of Occupational Safety and Health plans and programs 2. Management of medical follow-up and updating of clinical records 3. Participation in disease prevention and health promotion *Walker Protection SAC, a leading company in security and surveillance services, is seeking top talent to fill the position of OCCUPATIONAL NURSE IN CUZCO* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed professional nurse with active registration. * Minimum 6 months of experience * Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations (Mandatory) * Course or diploma in OSHMS and OSH (Desirable) * Availability to work on-site **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop annual Occupational Safety and Health plans and programs. * Support the occupational physician in related tasks. * Conduct active breaks and/or talks related to occupational health. * Monitor workplace accidents and incidents. * Track occupational health indicators and goal achievement. * Participate in developing informational materials such as bulletins, brochures, and other occupational health-related content to guide and/or train employees. * Manage documentary medical follow-up information for workers. * Update and manage workers' clinical records. * Verify, based on records, the status and operational readiness of instruments and resources for medical emergencies or first response. * Manage and plan protocols and procedures ensuring a healthy work environment. * Participate in epidemiological monitoring of workers with occupational diseases or work-related illnesses. * Implement the vaccination program for prevention of common and occupational diseases. * Carry out health and safety promotion and prevention activities for workers—individual actions directed at workers or general actions targeting the workforce collectively.
