Job Summary:
A professional responsible for identifying, evaluating, and controlling occupational hazards and risks, conducting incident investigations, and delivering daily safety talks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Periodic identification and analysis of occupational hazards and risks.
2. Incident investigation and proposal of corrective measures.
3. Supervision and promotion of workers' safety and health.
REQUIREMENTS:
\* Copy of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene and/or Occupational Safety Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering or Sanitary Engineering.
\* Copy of the Unique Labor Certificate.
\* Employment certificate (1 year of experience).
FUNCTIONS:
* Periodically identify, evaluate, and analyze hazards and risks impacting workplace safety.
* Conduct investigations of work-related incidents (accidents and near-misses) occurring during service execution, and propose corrective measures.
* Deliver daily safety talks to all workers before commencement of service activities.
* Inspect safety equipment and devices.
* Supervise and promote the safety and health of contractor company workers across all activities conducted at COSAC I Stations, Terminals, and Yards. **Inspect solid waste collection and segregation performed by operators within COSAC I.**
* Recognize and assess risks of occupational accidents and diseases.
* Control risks in the workplace environment.
* Record information and perform statistical evaluation of preventive actions.
* Maintain the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) matrix up to date.
* At least one prevention specialist must be present per service shift. Maintain the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) matrix up to date.
