We invite you to join our team as an **Offensive Security Specialist**. **The ideal profile: Is it you?** * Bachelor's or technical degree in Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Science, Networking and Communications, Electronics, or related fields. * Experience in Red Team operations, penetration testing (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, etc.), and vulnerability analysis. * Solid knowledge of Ethical Hacking, Linux, Python, and OWASP. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. **Extra points (desirable):** * CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker. * Familiarity with the MITRE ATT\&CK framework. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Core responsibilities and challenges you’ll take on with us:** * Plan and execute penetration tests (web, network, systems) to identify security gaps and propose mitigations. * Analyze vulnerabilities using standards such as CVSSv3, OWASP WSTG, and CIS Benchmarks, prioritizing corrective actions. * Apply attack tactics (MITRE ATT\&CK framework) to assess system resilience. * Develop and adapt offensive tools (scripts, payloads) to validate vulnerabilities. * Design and conduct advanced attack simulations (Red Team) to evaluate detection and response capabilities. * Document findings and produce technical and executive reports with evidence, severity ratings, and remediation recommendations. * Provide technical advisory support on hardening, secure architecture, vulnerability management, and secure development. * Other duties related to the position. **Benefits to grow together:** * Full payroll with all statutory benefits. * 100% EPS health coverage. * Professional development opportunities and defined career path. * Birthday leave. * Continuous training and certifications. * Recognition-oriented culture and collaborative environment.
