Position Summary: We are seeking an Administration or Industrial Engineering intern to support the monitoring and strengthening of the Enterprise Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance System. At BD Capital, we are looking for an intern with a background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields who wishes to apply their knowledge and develop their skills within our Risk and Technology area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the process of monitoring and strengthening the Integrated Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance System. * Assistance in preparing Anti-Money Laundering Risk Reports, negative list screening, news analysis, etc. * Periodic updating of reports. * Generation of transaction records, control and monitoring of bank reconciliations for managed funds. * Coordination with the technology team to develop statistics on reported incidents. Tracking and monitoring incident resolution. * Monitoring compliance with policy and manual updates across all departments. Monthly generation and tracking of open risks assigned to users. * Maintaining control and administration of documentation, as well as supporting training sessions and receipt of manuals and policies. * Responding to circulars issued by the Public Ministry and sent by regulators (SMV and UIF). Preparing company-wide informational bulletins on risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance topics. **Competencies** * Organized and methodical in executing tasks * Responsible in meeting deadlines. Strong teamwork orientation. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Proactivity and communication skills **Requirements** Currently pursuing degrees in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines (7th semester or later) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate English proficiency. Prior internship experience in the financial sector (banking, securities market) is desirable.
