




**Position Objective:** The Operations Manager is ultimately responsible for the technical, economic, and operational performance of all the company’s construction projects. This role governs, plans, supervises, and controls project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, schedule, and budget standards, reporting directly to the General Management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assume full responsibility for site operations, serving as the ultimate accountable party for outcomes. * Plan, execute, and control construction work in coordination with site supervisors and technical teams. * Directly lead site supervisors, enforcing adherence to duties, schedules, and standards. * Continuously supervise the physical, financial, and contractual progress of each project. * Prepare and submit weekly progress, cost, risk, and deviation reports to General Management. * Support information presented during management meetings and propose corrective actions. * Control budgets, valuations, and direct and indirect costs, preventing significant deviations. * Coordinate with the Administration and Logistics department to ensure timely supply of materials, equipment, and subcontractors. * Redistribute human resources across projects according to the company’s operational priorities. * Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) plans. * Verify proper implementation of Safety Technical Specifications (ATS) and on-site safety protocols. * Respond immediately to incidents or accidents, leading corrective actions. * Actively coordinate with the Projects department to resolve technical interferences and Requests for Information (RFIs). * Prioritize projects based on risk level, complexity, and progress status. * Resolve technical, operational, or contractual conflicts with sound judgment and leadership. **Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect. * Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in construction execution and management. * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in operations management or supervision roles. * Solid knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and project management practices. * Proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and valuation (e.g., S10, Presto, or similar software). * Familiarity with planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or others). * Knowledge of Lean Construction and/or BIM methodologies (management-oriented approach). **Key Competencies:** * Strong leadership and decision-making ability. * High sense of responsibility and technical judgment. * Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. * Clear and assertive communication at all organizational levels. * Results-, control-, and order-oriented mindset. * Capacity to anticipate risks and act preventively. **Conditions:** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Professional growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Work location: On-site (construction sites and office) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site employment
