The Project: Will monitor the status of all ongoing projects, maintaining an integrated portfolio view. Will support the preparation of periodic reports and progress presentations, consolidating schedule, milestone, and KPI data. Will track the status of bank guarantees and other contractual commitments, and respond to client requests. Will serve as the liaison between field technical information (inspectors) and strategic decision-making levels, ensuring reports timely reflect risks, alerts, and mitigation proposals. These are:* Safety First + Return home safely and in good health * Client Focus \- Deliver on our promise * Integrity \- Always do the right thing * Create Opportunity \- Enabling our people to excel You will be responsible for:* Develop detailed plans fully considering logistical, site-specific, and project constraints. * Collaborate with the project team, contributing to the weekly progress report and ensuring understanding of functional obligations established in the contract. * Review and record productivity to measure project progress. * Communicate effectively with the client, project team, and key stakeholders. * Integrate sustainable design criteria and procurement processes into integrated programs. * Ensure health and safety through proper integration of programs. * Establish and monitor the project work plan and timelines. * Perform necessary tasks to meet project or assignment requirements. * Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient project execution. You will need:* Professional with at least 5 years of experience. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in project planning and control, having participated in at least 16 investment projects (* S/ 10MM each), including a minimum of 3 projects exceeding S/ 30MM, under Tax-for-Works or public infrastructure modalities. * Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent will be valued. * Civil construction work regime, Monday to Saturday.
