Our VAS team is seeking an After-Sales Planning Supervisor (P&P) to join Inchcape Peru. This role’s purpose is to coordinate and plan production in the body and paint workshop, acting as the operational liaison between Service Advisors and the production team—ensuring on-time delivery, proper job scheduling, and clear, timely communication with customers. **Your Responsibilities** * Production Planning and Control: Schedule and prioritize jobs per vehicle entering the workshop based on capacity, time requirements, and customer urgency. Monitor daily production progress and adjust scheduling in response to contingencies. * Scheduling of mechanical repairs and ensuring adherence to timelines in case of delays. * Support for Service Advisors: Provide up-to-date information on quotation status, repairs, deliveries, and deviations. Ensure prompt and consistent responses for customers, fleet accounts, and insurance companies. * Time Management: Monitor cycle time metrics, idle time, and root causes of delays. Propose improvements to increase productivity and reduce rework. Track deliveries and vehicles pending parts. * Internal Alignment and Communication: Conduct production meetings with third-party vendors and internal teams. Escalate timeline or quality risks and deviations promptly. * Weekly tracking of customer satisfaction review metrics, such as reputation scores and insurer platforms.
