Opportunity for professional development and continuous training At **C&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, a leading company in telecommunications and technology solutions, we are seeking a **Pre-sales Engineer in Networking and Cybersecurity**, responsible for supporting the sales process through the **design and presentation of technical solutions** tailored to B2B customers. This role will serve as the **liaison between technical and commercial departments**, actively participating in the **identification of requirements, design of secure and scalable solutions**, as well as in the **preparation of technical-commercial proposals** aligned with manufacturer and company standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Gather technical requirements from customers and analyze their needs. * Design telecommunications infrastructure solutions, focusing on **LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and perimeter security**. * Prepare and present **technical-commercial proposals**, technical documentation, and network topologies. * Provide **specialized technical support** to the commercial team during customer meetings or presentations. * Coordinate with engineering and project teams to validate the **technical and economic feasibility** of proposed solutions. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and configuration backups for projects. **Requirements** * **Professional education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum experience:** 3 years in networking, infrastructure support, or technology pre-sales. * Desired experience in projects involving **fiber optics, wireless links, structured cabling, or perimeter security**. * Technical knowledge of **TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, VPN, ACLs, IDS/IPS**. * Proficiency with equipment from **Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik, HPE, Aruba, Ubiquiti**. * Tools: **Packet Tracer, GNS3, Visio**. * Familiarity with **Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)** and **SD-WAN networks** (desirable). * **Cisco CCNA certification (mandatory)**; **Fortinet NSE 1-3** (desirable). * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and technical teams. * Collaborative work ethic, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous learning. **Benefits** * Continuous training in networking and cybersecurity technologies. * Opportunities for professional development and career progression. * Excellent working environment and collaborative culture.
