




Job Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the production department, ensuring compliance with manufacturing schedules, material control, and product quality. Supervision of production and quality procedures Provide operational and administrative support to the production department, ensuring compliance with manufacturing schedules, material control, product quality, and proper functioning of production processes **Main Responsibilities** * Support production order scheduling and tracking. * Record daily production information (quantities produced, waste, downtime, etc.). * Verify availability of raw materials, supplies, and packaging materials. * Coordinate with warehouse for timely supply of production materials. * Supervise compliance with production and quality procedures. * Perform basic quality checks during the manufacturing process. * Support waste and loss control and reduction. * Prepare production reports and KPIs. * Coordinate preventive and corrective equipment maintenance as needed. * Verify compliance with industrial safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Participate in raw material and finished goods inventories. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for the department. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering. * Training in manufacturing processes or quality control is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial plants. * Experience in plastic product manufacturing companies is desirable. * Production control and management indicators. * Inventory management and material control. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Occupational Safety and Health. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). * Knowledge of plastic bag extrusion, printing, and sealing processes is desirable. * Age between 25 and 35 years. * Must reside in nearby areas such as Puente Piedra, Ventanilla, Comas, Carabayllo, or Los Olivos. **Working Conditions** * On-site work Monday to Saturday (8 hours \+ 1-hour break). * Formal payroll under MYPE regime from day one, SCTR coverage. * Availability to work rotating shifts (as required by the company). * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment. Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
